Using warm water (115 degrees), mix in yeast and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Measuring and add flour and salt in a stand mixer. Pour in water mixture and using the bread hook, mix the dough on medium for three minutes.
Place dough in a large bowl greased with olive oil. Cover with a clean towel while the dough rises, about 45 minutes to an hour.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Grease an 11"x17" baking sheet liberally with olive oil. Pour out the dough and gently stretch the dough to the corners. Allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
Top with your favorite toppings and bake for 25 minutes, turning pizza halfway through baking.
